Your return/exchange must be received by our return/exchange department within 7 day from date you received them
All returns/exchanges are subject to an inspection before we can accept them. A 15% restocking fee and initial shipping fee will be deducted before any refunds are made. Once we’ve received, inspected and accepted your returned item(s) we will credit your account within 3-5 business days. Jazé will accept products in its original state ONLY; therefore, any item which has been worn, cut, torn, colored, washed, sprayed with products, brushed out of curl, or altered in any manner will not be accepted NO EXCEPTIONS! If any of the above state ineligible conditions have occurred PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING THE ITEM(S) BACK TO YOU AS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Jazé reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any return/exchange which does not meet these guidelines and will return the items back to you, the customer, at your expense.

Returns and/or exchanges without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to receipt will not be accepted from the shipper. All final sale, clearance sale, promotional sale, custom order items, hair or units which appears to have been worn, cut, torn, smell of cigarettes, foul odor or any fragrance, altered in any way, shape, form or fashion from its original packaging and without free with purchase items in the return/exchange package will not be accepted.
